Ingredients:

2 cups water

One ham steak
-
2 cups uncooked basmati rice

1⁄2 cup frozen peas
-
1⁄2-3⁄4 cup chicken stock
-
Two eggs
-
3 -4 tablespoons canola oil

Two tablespoons soy sauce
-
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Method:
1.The first thing you have to do is to cook the rice. You can make use of a rice cooker as well. Whether you want to give your rice a crunchy taste or not, you must NOT add more water.
2.After cooking, let your rice to cool down a bit. You can spread the rice on the baking sheet and then put it in your freezer. You can also cook your rice at night and keep it in the fridge when you have to make the fried rice another day.
3.You have to heat up the wok at high temperature with the 1 tbsp of oil. Add up the eggs and then scramble it till it gets cooked. You can add either ham or peas and then fry them for 1 minute. In case you do not like the veggie/meat combo then you can skip it.
4.You have to remove the omelet from the wok. Now you have to clean the work properly, so the leftover does not get burned.
5.Just heat up the wok again and add oil to it. Keep the heat high at all times.
